First thing that strikes me when looking at this image is the reflection. Very nicely done especially the softness of the reflection. The viewer's eye goes to the highest contrast area hence that reflection area pops out at you with the shadows on the pure white ground plane.

With that said, I think you would really rather have the viewer's eyes go to the figure first. And even being the dirty old man that I am, I'd think the eyes here are essential. (Nicely done BTW.) IMO that's where you really want the viewer to look. (Then I can be the dirty old man in me can look at the rest of the body.)

I think anything I'd suggest to change the focus would take away from the impact of the image. But maybe a bit of post work to tone down the spotlight area and make it a tad towards the gray might tone that down, Also, soften the shadow lines a bit to that the contrast is not as obvious.

Add some more light to the face to bring it out a bit from the body that's shaded. Then add a little highlight to the eyes just a spot or two of a few pixels one each eye.

A gorgeous image. Pleasant skin textures. Good displacement on the stocking textures. Nice pose. In a classic nude pose, you turned the body away from the viewer (may could be a bit more turned away) and her face and eyes looking at the viewer. The contrasting green color really works well here and locks the viewer's eyes too.
